We have been continuously taking on new patients at the practice however due to the backlog of patients caused by covid-19 we are unable to currently take on any new patients. 

Our Promise

We strive to give all patients the best experience possible as well as high quality dental care here at Liverpool Road Dental Practice. To help things run smoothly we ask patients to:

  • attend appointments on time and to call the surgery if you are running late so we can communicate with the dentist concerned.
  • give us 24 hours' notice if you are unable to keep an appointment so we can offer it to someone else.  We do operate a Failure To Attend Policy so if a patient does not attend an appointment and fails to notify us on 3 separate occassions their registration will be put at risk and there is no guarantee that they will be seen again at the practice.
  • understand we will not tolerate violent or abusive behaviour and anyone who behaves in this manner will be asked to leave the practice.
  • Ensure that all dental treatment is paid before the treatment is completed.

You have the right to request a written treatment plan – just ask your dentist.  A copy of the treatment plan, provided on the standard NHS forms, will be provided to every patient at every course of treatment. Please ensure you retain the plans for your records.
