We have been continuously taking on new patients at the practice however due to the backlog of patients caused by covid-19 we are unable to currently take on any new patients. 

Cancellation Policy - Stoke _ Practice

If you need to cancel or change an appointment please give us as much notice as possible, at least 24 hours is preferable for appointments less than 30 minutes and 48 hours for appointments 30 minutes and over.


Please be aware that if two appointments are cancelled within 24 hours’ notice or failed (without good reason) within 12 months, then further appointments may not  be offered at the practice.


A fee will be charged for missed or short notice cancellations of private appointments including private hygiene appointments
